Advance payments
Project work begins after an advance payment agreed in your quotation. The advance reserves development time and covers initial components or setup, so it is non-refundable once work has started.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before development begins, the advance is refunded in full. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your enquiry or order reference.
Cancelling after work starts
If you cancel after development has begun, work already completed is billed for the effort and cost spent, and the balance of the advance is refunded. Anything already delivered — code, documents or components — stays with you.
Delivery issues
If an agreed deliverable cannot be completed as described in the quotation, you choose: a revised scope at a revised price, or a refund of the advance less the cost of work already completed and accepted. No payment is collected through this website — refunds return through the same method you paid with.
