How ordering works
From picking a topic to defending it in your viva — five steps, no surprises.
The five steps
- Pick your topic. Browse the project topics or the branch-wise project ideas and shortlist two or three. If your college has already approved a topic — or you have your own idea — bring that instead.
- Request a quotation on WhatsApp. Send the topic link (or your idea) plus your deadline. We reply with a quotation that records the confirmed scope, the price, and the delivery date.
- Confirm scope and advance. You approve the quotation and pay the advance to confirm the order. The full payment terms are recorded in your quotation — nothing is collected through this website.
- We build it. Hardware is assembled and tested; software is written and demoed. Ask for build updates — photos or a short demo video — while the work is in progress.
- Delivery and explanation. You receive the working project with everything in your agreed scope — source files, documentation, report — plus an explanation session so you can present and defend it in your viva.
What your quotation records
Every order runs on its quotation. It records your delivery date, exactly what is included (files, source code, documentation, hardware, demonstrations, explanation sessions), the support duration and revision terms, and the payment schedule. Anything not in the agreed scope is not included — that is how both sides stay protected.
Questions, answered honestly
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quotation-based: the price depends on the scope, the components involved, and the effort. Send the topic and your deadline on WhatsApp and you will get an exact figure — not a range.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?
No. An advance confirms the order and starts the build; your quotation records the full payment terms including when the balance is due.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the scope and component availability. Share your deadline early — a preferred deadline helps plan the work, and your quotation records a confirmed delivery date.
Will I actually understand the project for my viva?
That is what the explanation session is for. We walk you through the build — the code or the circuit — and the likely viva questions, so you can present it as your own work, confidently.
What if my college asks for changes after I order?
Send us the feedback. Changes to the agreed scope are handled through a revised quotation, so the price and delivery date stay honest on both sides.
Can I order a topic that is not listed?
Yes. Request a custom project with your requirements and we will scope and quote it the same way.
